Il Querceto is spacious and comfortable, with full central heating and is fully furnished. The house accommodates six people very comfortably. It is south facing, with a terrace overlooking the garden and has an outdoor swimming pool and barbecue.
Ground Floor:
The ground floor was originally stables and animal housing. Several characteristics of the old building are evident. The internal walls are of the original stone and the manger has been renovated to provide wall length bench seating and storage area in tho lounge. All the floors are laid with terracotta tiles.
Kitchen: 30 feet long providing large cooking and dining areas. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dish-washer, gas hob, electric oven, large fridge-freezer, and all cooking utensils, china and glasses. The dining area is at the south end of the kitchen, where double doors open onto the terrace.

Lounge: 30 feet long with two spacious seating areas. A CD/stereo unit, games, books and a video player with a selection of videos, are available. Double doors open onto the south-facing terrace.
Cloakroom/shower-room: Shower, wash-basin and WC.
Laundry: Washing machine, iron, ironing board, washing line.
FIRST FLOOR
Master bedroom suite: Two double rooms have been converted to make this spacious master-suite. From the main bedroom, which has a large double bed, an archway leads to the sitting/dressing area and en-suite bathroom with bath. The sitting room is private and self-contained with its own CD/stereo unit. The windows face east and south, with far reaching views over the valley to the sibillini mountains.
Two double bedrooms: both with twin beds. One room faces south and west, the other, which has an old fireplace, faces north and west.
Shower room: wash-basin, bidet and WC.
...
OUTSIDE
The south-facing terrace overlooks the garden and field, and has views of the surrounding farmland, hills and mountains. It is a wonderful place to enjoy the views and the peace and tranquillity of the valley. There is a large garden table, seating for eight and two mobile barbecues.
Swimming Pool: 5m X 10m. The pool is between 1.2 and 1.8 metres deep and has internal lighting. A tiled area surrounds the pool, and there are sun-loungers and parasols available. There is a barn near the pool which is used for storage and provides a large shaded sitting area which has "grandstand" view of the pool, fields and mountains!
