Il Querceto farmhouse is situated in a peaceful valley with magnificent views of the Sibillini mountains and the surrounding countryside, 2 kms from the small town of Gualdo in Le Marche. The house is on a white road (i.e. off the beaten track) and surrounded by farmland and oak trees. Small, pretty, medieval hilltop villages can be seen in the distance. The house has 1.5 acres of garden, some of which is still used by a local farmer, providing colour and local produce, and a secluded, inviting pool.
